Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at vortexstorepro. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The return is requested within 5 days of receiving your order.

• The Goods are in the original packaging.

• The Goods are unused and in the same condition that you received them.

• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Only defected products will be eligible for return, with proper video and image proof of purchase and first opening video of product

2. Non-returnable Items

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.

• Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

3. Return Process

To start a return, you must contact us at vortexstorepro@gmail.com within the 5-day window. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Item must be unused with tag and origional packaging, (Opening video proof Photos/videos are required), Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. 

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within  7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
