Shipping policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside our main Terms.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 days 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, carrier issues, or weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
